**A Man on My Train Bullied Women Out of Their Seats — But When I Taught Him a Lesson, He Grabbed Me Before I Could Escape**

I was riding the train when I noticed a large man spreading his legs across three seats.

A young mother politely asked for room.

**”Then stand,”** he snapped.

When an elderly woman with a cane took her place, he treated her the same way.

I confronted him, but he laughed.

Then something interesting happened.

A large man sat beside him, and suddenly his knees snapped together.

I recorded how he made room for men but deliberately crowded women.

Then I texted two large friends who were meeting me.

At the next station, they boarded and sat on either side of him.

**Suddenly, the bully fit perfectly into one seat.**

Everyone laughed.

But when my stop arrived, he grabbed my arm.

**”Delete that video and apologize!”** he demanded.

The doors closed before I could escape.

Terrified, I called for help.

Then the elderly woman stood up and pressed the emergency intercom.

Other women surrounded us. One started recording, while another threatened to defend me with her grocery bag.

The man finally released me.

At the next station, transit officers took him away.

My hands were trembling when the elderly woman gently helped me.

**I’d defended her right to sit.**

**And when I needed help, she refused to abandon me.**
