He went out for a walk, and minutes later I heard a faint, desperate cry outside. I ran to the window and saw him sitting on a park bench, holding something small, shielding it with his body.<\/p>\n
It was a newborn baby.<\/p>\n
Jax had found the baby abandoned in the cold, wrapped in a thin blanket. He had already called 911 and was using his own jacket to keep the baby warm, even as he shivered in just a T-shirt.<\/p>\n
