A year before my grandmother passed away, she gave me advice I never forgot.<\/p>\n

At the time, I was struggling. I had lost my job, ended a long relationship, and moved back into a tiny apartment. Her words sounded comforting, but I didn\u2019t understand how literally she meant them.<\/p>\n

Before I left her house that afternoon, Grandma handed me an old wooden gardening box.<\/p>\n
