14 Years of Hiding a Secret, My Son Destroyed Our Family in One Night

I’m a 62-year-old widow with one son and three grandchildren—or at least, that’s what I believed until recently. I discovered that my oldest grandchild, now 14, is not biologically related to me. My daughter-in-law was pregnant by another man when she married my son.
What hurt most was learning that my son knew the truth all along and never told me. I felt deceived. In anger and shock, I contacted my lawyer and removed my granddaughter from my will. I told my son, “That girl isn’t family, and she won’t get my legacy.”
He didn’t argue. He just smiled faintly and said nothing.
That same night, my lawyer called to tell me my son had requested that his other two children—my biological grandchildren, ages 12 and 8—also be removed from my will. He said neither he nor the children wanted “a penny” from me.
I was devastated and tried calling him, but he wouldn’t answer.
Two days later, he invited me to dinner. I thought he wanted to reconcile. Instead, in front of everyone, he announced that he no longer wanted me around any of his children.
“My family comes as a package,” he said. “If my oldest isn’t your family, then you don’t deserve the others either.”
I left in tears.
Now I feel completely betrayed—first by the lie I lived with for years, and now by my son cutting me off from my biological grandchildren.
What should I do? I never imagined my own son would treat me this way.
