Sleeping with your cell phone close by may feel harmless, but over time it can affect your sleep and well-being more than you realize.

Notifications and vibrations can also keep your mind on alert. Even if you don’t fully wake up, your brain may stay in a low-stress state, making it harder to relax completely. Over time, this can contribute to anxiety, irritability, poor focus, and exhaustion.
