After my divorce, I thought my ex had already taken everything he could from our home.

Then one weekend, he crossed a line involving our sons.

Eric arrived to pick up Andy, 9, and Toby, 6. I let him inside while the boys finished packing.

Minutes later, Toby screamed.

I ran upstairs and found Eric stuffing their toys into black trash bags.

“What are you doing?”

“Ashley’s son doesn’t have this stuff,” he said. “I paid for it, so I can take it.”

Toby began crying.

Eric looked at him coldly.
